Central Carolina Strategic Developers (CCSD)
is a nonprofit development affiliate of the Sanford Housing Authority created in 2017 to facilitate the preservation and development of affordable housing for families in Lee and Harnett Counties. As a mission-driven entity, CCSD partners with public and private stakeholders to develop high-quality housing that meets the evolving needs of the community. Its work supports SHA’s long-term vision of creating thriving, inclusive neighborhoods through strategic development and innovation.

Central Carolina Housing Solutions (CCHS)
is a limited liability company (LLC) affiliate of Sanford Housing Authority, created in 2025 to provide professional property management services for the housing or commercial assets owned by the SHA or its nonprofit development affiliate, CCSD. With a focus on operational excellence, resident satisfaction, and regulatory compliance, CCHS ensures that properties are well-maintained, financially sustainable, and aligned with SHA’s commitment to redefining affordable housing.
