Central Carolina Strategic Developers (CCSD)

Central Carolina Strategic Developers (CCSD) is a nonprofit development affiliate of the Sanford Housing Authority created in 2017 to facilitate the preservation and development of affordable housing for families in Lee and Harnett Counties. As a mission-driven entity, CCSD partners with public and private stakeholders to develop high-quality housing that meets the evolving needs of the community. Its work supports SHA's long-term vision of creating thriving, inclusive neighborhoods through strategic development and innovation.
