Becoming a Landlord
To lease your property with the Sanford Housing Authority HCV Program, the following documents are required. All forms will need to be submitted either via hard copy or via email
- New Owner packet
- IRS W-9 Form
- 2026 REQUEST FOR RENT CHANGE.pdf
- IRS confirmation letter of EIN (for management companies)
- State-issued Photo ID
- Social Security Card
- Owner/Agent Data Form - Coming Soon
- Owner Certification Form - Coming Soon
- Proof of Ownership (HUD 1, Deed, Current Tax Statement)
