NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING ADVERTISEMENT
The Sanford Housing Authority 2023 PHA Annual Plan and Fiscal Year 2022 CFP Proposed Budget

The Sanford Housing Authority will meet Monday, July 25, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., at its Central Office Board Room, 1000 Carthage Street, Sanford, NC. The purpose of this hearing will be to receive comments and input regarding its proposed 2023 PHA Annual Plan and fiscal year 2022 Capital Fund Program proposed budget.

As of May 19, 2022, a copy of the draft 2023 PHA Annual Plan will be available for review, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., at the Sanford Housing Authority's Central Office, 1000 Carthage Street; at the Lee and Harnett County libraries; and at the property management offices located in the Linden Heights, Utley Plaza, Stewart Manor, Matthews Court, Gilmore Terrace, and Garden Street communities. It will also be posted on the SHA website, shown below.

You may submit written comments about the draft plan, no later than July 5, 2022, to Ms. Kierria Davis, Modernization/Development Manager, Sanford Housing Authority, PO Box 636, Sanford, NC 27330. Individuals interested in sharing comments about the draft plan are also encouraged to attend the public hearing.
