New Logo & Brand for Sanford Housing Authority

Sanford Housing Authority (SHA) rebranded its logo in Q3 2025. The logo rebrand was created by Brooks Jeffrey Marketing, Inc. (www.BrooksJeffrey.com) and will be used throughout all SHA marketing.

The rebranded logo improves the balance of the icon and words. Variations of the original logo blue and red were used and brightened for a approachable and friendly feel. The new logo is easily identifiable & easy to read. Importantly, the new logo will be easy to reproduce on a variety of marketing/promotional products to further promote the goals of Sanford Housing Authority.
