226 LINDEN WAITLIST OPENS
March 11, 2024 and Remain Open Until Further Notice
5 Project Based Voucher Units with 3 - One Bedrooms and 2 - Two Bedrooms
Applications can be picked up at:
- 317 Chatham Street, Sanford NC, between 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Preferences include: Preferences Must be Verified
- Homeless Veterans
- Single Elderly and chronically homeless
- Person with disabilities and chronically homeless
- Elderly or Disabled with
- Minor Children
- Homeless Families that include minor children who are identified by a social service agency providing shelter or law enforcement
Applications can be returned by mail or in person to:
317 Chatham Street, Sanford, NC 27330 or PO Box 636, Sanford, NC 27331
- Applications must be completed in full and all required documents must be attached, including a letter from a social service referring agency.
- Failure to complete the application in full and failure to attach all required documents will result in your application being rejected and returned.
