Special Board Meeting on Wednesday, December 17, 2025

The Sanford Housing Authority will hold a special board meeting on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 6:00 pm. This notice is provided in accordance with North Carolina General Statutes § 143-318.12 (b)(2) regarding public notice of official meetings.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss formal complaints and time-sensitive personnel matters. Although the meeting is open to the public, a closed session pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 143-318.11(a)(6) to hear or investigate a complaint, charge, or grievance by or against an individual public officer or employee may be conducted.

The special meeting will be held at the Sanford Public Library, 107 Hawkins Avenue, Sanford, NC 27330.
