PUBLIC NOTICE
SANFORD HOUSING AUTHORITY TO OPEN PROJECT BASED VOUCHER SECTION 8 WAITING LIST

The Sanford Housing Authority will open its PROJECT BASED VOUCHER waiting list:

• MONDAY, AUGUST 27, 2018

The Project Based Voucher waiting list is for units located at the Harnett Training School ONLY.

The Harnett Training School is comprised of 37 one and two-bedroom apartment units for those aged 62 and older only, located at 630 E Johnson Street, Dunn, NC 28334.

Project based rental assistance is attached to the property rather than the family. Placement on the waiting list does not guarantee eligibility to move into the property.

THE HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER TENANT-BASED WAITING LIST REMAINS CLOSED.

You may pick up applications at the following locations:
