August 2023 Public Meetings to Discuss the Proposed PHA Annual Plan

PUBLIC NOTICE

In accordance with Federal Regulations, Sanford Housing Authority (SHA) invites you to attend a public meeting to discuss the proposed PHA Annual Plan. This meeting provides you with an opportunity to express your ideas for improvements to SHA properties and to voice any concerns you may have regarding the proposed Annual Plan.

SHA will be hosting the annual meetings on the following dates and times:

• Wednesday, August 16, 2023
  6:00 PM
  Gilmore Terrace Community Room, 200 Church Street, Sanford, NC 27331
  
  
• Thursday, August 17, 2023
  11:00 AM
  Matthews Court Community Room, 338 Temple Avenue, Sanford, NC 27331
  
  
• Thursday, August 17, 2023
  6:00 PM
  Garden Street Community Room, 1021 Clark Circle, Sanford, NC 27331

The meetings will begin promptly at their designated start times. Please arrive up to 10-15 minutes early to ensure seating availability.

Seating is limited; therefore, doors will be closed once the maximum capacity is reached. If you are feeling sick, we ask that you please do not attend. If you are unable to attend, you may submit your written recommendations to your property manager or to the SHA main office prior to the meeting.
