April 2026 Virtual Special Board of Commissioners Meeting Virtual Special Board Meeting Thursday, April 9, 2026 

The Sanford Housing Authority will have a virtual special board meeting on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. per North Carolina General Statutes Section 143-318.12 (b)(2).  

The virtual meeting is open to the public and will be conducted online via Zoom. The purpose of this meeting is to review and approve the Impartial Evaluation Committee's recommendations regarding the Request for Proposals (RFPs) for the following award contracts: 

RFP NO. 26-001 Pest Control Services  
RFP NO. 26-002 Landscape and Ground Maintenance Services
