SHA July 2025 Special Virtual Board of Commissioners Meeting

The Sanford Housing Authority will have a virtual special board meeting on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. per North Carolina General Statutes Section 143-318.12 (b)(2). The virtual meeting is open to the public and will be held via ZOOM. The purpose of this meeting is to approve the SHA FY2025 Annual Plan, Revision #1 to the FY2024-2028 Five-Year Plan, Significant Amendment, and the Revised Capital Fund Program Five-Year Action Plan.

To submit a public comment for the meeting, send comments by email to the CEO, Dr. Michael C. Threatt, at [email protected], no later than noon on Thursday, July 10, 2025. Public comments will be read during the meeting.
