SHA January 2025 Special Board of Commissioners Meeting

The Sanford Housing Authority will have a virtual closed special board meeting on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, at 5:00 pm per North Carolina General Statutes Section 143-318.12 (b)(2). The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the HUD compliance letter, personnel matters, financial inquiries, and real estate development. The meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams virtually. This meeting is closed to the general public.
