SHA February 2025 Special Board of Commissioner Meeting

The Sanford Housing Authority will have a virtual special board meeting on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at 5:30 pm per North Carolina General State Statue Section 143-318.12 (b)(2). The purpose of this meeting is to discuss and approval commitments and budgets for the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and Public Housing Programs, the HCV Program administrative plan, and the development fee challenges with the Matthews Garden Gilmore communities. The meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams virtually.
