July 2026 Special Board of Commissioners Meeting Virtual Special Board Meeting Wednesday, July 7, 2026
The Sanford Housing Authority will have a special board meeting on Wednesday, July 7, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. per North Carolina General Statutes Section 143-318.12 (b)(2).
The purpose of the emergency meeting is to discuss personnel matters in a closed session pursuant to N.C.G.S 143-318.11 (a)(6).
The meeting location is at the Dennis A. Wicker Civic Center, Room 103, located at 1801 Nash Street, Sanford, NC 27330 and will announced in compliance with statutory noticed and SHA ByLaw requirement.
