The position is integral to SHA’s senior leadership team and is responsible for event planning, public relations, board liaison coordination, and stakeholder engagement. The Executive Assistant to the CEO/Communications Coordinator focuses on developing marketing strategies and programs to represent SHA favorably, leading public and community relations, branding, and communication efforts on multifaceted matters. The position is the single point of contact for all media relations and communication with the CEO. The role is responsible for researching, writing, and editing news releases, articles, and feature materials to enhance the continuous flow of information for SHA and its affiliate organizations.
