PUBLIC HEARING

The Sanford Housing Authority 2019 FY Consumption Allowance Schedule

The Sanford Housing Authority will meet Monday, October 22, 2018 at 6:00 p.m., at its Central Office Board Room, 1000 Carthage Street, Sanford, NC.  The purpose of this hearing will be to receive comments and input regarding its proposed Consumption Allowance Schedule.

As of September 20, 2018, a copy of the 2019 FY Proposed Consumption Allowances will be available for review, between 8:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., at the Sanford Housing Authority’s Central Office, 1000 Carthage Street, or at the property management offices located in the Linden Heights, Utley Plaza, Stewart Manor, Matthews Court, Gilmore Terrace, and Garden Street communities, as well as posted on the SHA website shown below.

You may submit written comments about the Proposed Consumption Allowances, no later than October 20, 2018 to: Mrs. Crystal Escobar, Property Manager, Sanford Housing Authority, P. O. Box 636, Sanford, NC 27330.  Individuals interested in sharing comments about the proposed utility allowances are also encouraged to attend the public hearing.
