Draft Annual Plan FY2018

NOTICE 

PUBLIC HEARING ADVERTISEMENT

The Sanford Housing Authority 2017 PHA Annual Plan

The Sanford Housing Authority will meet Monday, May 22, 2017 at 6:00 p.m., at its Central Office Board Room, 1000 Carthage Street, Sanford, NC.  The purpose of this hearing will be to receive comments and input regarding its proposed 2017 PHA Annual Plan.

As of March 9, 2017, a copy of the draft 2017 PHA Annual Plan will be available for review, between 8:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., at the Sanford Housing Authority’s Central Office, 1000 Carthage Street; at the Lee and Harnett County libraries; and at the property management offices located in the Linden Heights, Utley Plaza, Stewart Manor, Matthews Court, Gilmore Terrace, and Garden Street communities.  It will also be posted on the SHA website shown below.

You may submit written comments about the draft plan, no later than April 25, 2017 to: Ms. Shannon Judd, Chief Executive Officer, Sanford Housing Authority, PO Box 636, Sanford, NC 27330.  Individuals interested in sharing comments about the draft plan are also encouraged to attend the public hearing.

The Sanford Housing Authority 2017 Annual Statement

The Sanford Housing Authority will meet Monday, February 27, 2017, at 5:00 p.m., at its Central Office Board Room, 1000 Carthage Street, Sanford, NC.  The purpose of this hearing will be to receive comments and input regarding its proposed 2017 Annual Statement. The 2016 Capital Fund Grant amount of $583,112.00 was used to prepare this Annual Statement, as the 2017 Capital Fund Grant amount is not yet known.

As of January 9, 2017, a copy of the draft 2017 Annual Statement will be available for review, between 8:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., at the Sanford Housing Authority’s Central Office, 1000 Carthage Street; at the Lee County library; and at the property management offices located in the Linden Heights, Utley Plaza, Stewart Manor, Matthews Court, Gilmore Terrace, and Garden Street communities.  It will also be posted on the SHA website shown below.
