Job Information

 

This position provides assistance and clerical support to the property management staff in the day-to-day operation of our properties.  This individual will provide applications, receive completed applications and enter information into our computer system.  They will assist individuals in completing forms, maintain records and files, and perform general clerical duties.  The incumbent will perform rental unit inspections and interim adjustments, schedule annual re-examinations, and receive and track work order requests.

 

Minimum Qualifications: High School Graduation or G.E.D. Certification. One year of work experience that involves dealing with the public, social service programs, or case management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills are required. Experience in Public Housing preferred.
